Gestionnaire de comptes clés

Le gestionnaire de comptes clés collabore avec un portefeuille diversifié de clients du secteur pharmaceutique afin de développer et de renforcer des relations stratégiques grâce à une approche de vente consultative et à une compréhension approfondie des besoins des clients. En tirant parti de stratégies proactives de développement des affaires et de gestion de comptes, ce rôle contribue à positionner IQVIA comme conseiller de confiance et partenaire à long terme.

Principales responsabilités
  • Responsable d'une approche de vente consultative alignée sur les comptes clients afin de stimuler la croissance des affaires et de renforcer les relations avec les clients.
  • Élaborer et exécuter des plans de comptes stratégiques fondés sur une compréhension approfondie des priorités des clients, en adaptant les approches d'engagement à divers groupes de parties prenantes tout en atteignant les objectifs de revenus.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de prestation, de solutions, de produits et multidisciplinaires afin d'améliorer la satisfaction des clients et les résultats d'affaires.
  • Diriger des équipes interfonctionnelles internes afin d'identifier des solutions innovantes, d'évaluer de nouvelles occasions et de répondre aux défis des clients.
  • Gérer les renouvellements de programmes en maintenant les contrats à jour et en dirigeant l'exécution de bout en bout des renouvellements pour les programmes clients en cours.
  • Atteindre les objectifs de croissance dans les solutions de remboursement, les programmes de soutien aux patients et les offres d'analytique avancée.
  • Soutenir les prévisions et la gestion du pipeline grâce à une documentation exacte, au suivi des contrats et à des mises à jour hebdomadaires du pipeline.


Qualifications et compétences
  • Baccalauréat/diplôme universitaire requis, de préférence en administration des affaires, en biosciences ou en marketing.
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en vente et dans l'industrie pharmaceutique. Une expérience des programmes de soutien aux patients (PSP) est préférable.
  • Sens des affaires et compréhension de l'industrie des technologies de la santé et de l'industrie pharmaceutique.
  • Une expérience en accès au marché constitue un atout.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication. Le bilinguisme en français et en anglais est fortement souhaité.
  • Solides compétences en réseautage, avec une approche autonome, disciplinée et motivée du développement de comptes.
  • Maîtrise de la suite MS Office requise; expérience avec Salesforce fortement souhaitée.
  • Environ 30 % de déplacements, principalement à Montréal et à Toronto.
  • Capacité à s'adapter à différentes situations et à différents styles de travail.

Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager partners with a diverse portfolio of Pharmaceutical clients to develop and strengthen strategic relationships through consultative selling and a deep understanding of client needs. By leveraging proactive business development and account management strategies, this role helps position IQVIA as a trusted advisor and long-term partner.

This highly visible role is responsible for driving revenue growth in Reimbursement and Patient Support Solutions by identifying client challenges, uncovering new opportunities, and aligning IQVIA's solutions to deliver measurable value. This position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to support the successful launch, execution, and expansion of client programs while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for consultative sales approach aligned with client accounts to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans based on a deep understanding of client priorities, tailoring engagement approaches to diverse stakeholder audiences while achieving revenue targets.
  • Partner closely with delivery, solutions, product, and multi-disciplinary teams to enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Lead internal cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions, evaluate new opportunities, and address client challenges.
  • Manage program renewals by maintaining current contracts and leading end-to-end renewal execution for ongoing client programs.
  • Achieve growth targets across reimbursement solutions, patient support programs, and advanced analytics offerings.
  • Support forecasting and pipeline management through accurate documentation, contract tracking, and weekly pipeline updates.


Qualifications & Skills

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $92,800.00 - $123,700.00. Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and wellness and/or other benefits.
