Ce rôle est un mélange de gestion de comptes, de développement des affaires et de soutien stratégique. Vous allez :

Développer et gérer les relations clients
  • Maintenir et faire croître un portefeuille de comptes existants
  • Devenir un conseiller de confiance en comprenant votre audience à tous les niveaux du cabinet - l'avocat, l'administrateur, le contrôleur, le responsable TI - et savoir en quoi notre plateforme a un impact sur chacun d'eux
  • Identifier des opportunités de vente incitative et croisée fondées sur une réelle compréhension des besoins de chaque cabinet et de son mode de fonctionnement
  • Rechercher activement des opportunités de vente incitative/croisée au sein de vos comptes
Chasser et développer de nouvelles affaires
  • Prospecter et conclure de nouveaux comptes par le biais d'une prospection stratégique, de campagnes cibles, d'événements et de références
  • Comprendre les points de friction des clients et présenter des solutions convaincantes alignées sur l'offre de Juris Concept
  • Mener des conversations au niveau exécutif avec des leaders de cabinets juridiques en Finance, TI, Opérations, Administration ainsi qu'avec des associés directeurs
  • Présenter la proposition de valeur de Juris Concept avec conviction et crédibilité
Collaborer et contribuer
  • Contribuer à l'optimisation des processus de vente, des outils et des supports de vente
  • Agir en tant que quart arrière des opportunités, en faisant appel aux experts techniques et aux ingénieurs solutions lorsque la situation le requërt
  • Rapporter les informations clients à l'équipe pour influencer nos processus, notre feuille de route produit et nos stratégies de communication

Indispensables
  • Bilingue - français et anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral
  • Un bilan éprouvé d'atteinte et de dépassement des quotas
  • Expérience dans la vente de solutions SaaS ou de logiciels B2B
  • Capacité à construire et gérer un pipeline de vente avec discipline et responsabilisation

  • Expérience dans l'industrie juridique canadienne
  • Expérience dans la vente à des firmes de services professionnels (juridique, financier, etc.)

What Youll Do

This role is a mix of account management, business development, and strategic enablement. You will:

Grow and manage client relationships
  • Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of accounts
  • Become a trusted advisor by understanding your audience at every level of the firm - the lawyer, the administrator, controller, the IT lead - and know how our platform impacts each of themand ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities grounded in a real understanding of each firms needs and how they operate
  • Actively seek upsell/cross-sell opportunities within your accounts.
Hunt and drive new business
  • Prospect and close new accounts through outbound calling strategic outreach, targeted campaigns, events, and referrals.
  • Understand client pain points and present compelling solutions aligned with Juris Concepts offering.
  • Lead executive-level conversations with law firm leaders in Finance, IT, Operations, Administration as well as Managing Partners
  • Deliver Juris Concepts value proposition with conviction and credibility.
Help build our sales & marketing foundationCollaborate & Contribute
  • Contribute to the design and rollout ofoptimization of core sales processes, collateral, and performance tools.
  • Serve as a quarterback for opportunities, leaning on technical experts and solutions engineers when the situation calls for it
  • Collaborate with leadership on defining ideal customer profiles, buyer journeys, and channel strategies.Bring customer insights back to the team to influence our processes, product roadmap and communications strategies
  • Bring structure, ideas, and systems to support sustainable growth (think: CRM hygiene, pipeline dashboards, outreach templates, etc.).
Be a market guide
  • Stay informed on market trends, client challenges, and competitor offerings.
  • Attend legal tech trade shows and events across Quebec and Canada.
  • Report field insights that can inform product strategy and marketing.


What Were Looking For

Were looking for a versatile, bilingual professional who loves both the people side and the building side of sales.

Must-haves
  • Bilingual - French and English, written and spoken
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.
  • Experience selling SaaS or B2B software solutions.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, drive, and comfort working in less structured environments.
  • Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline with discipline and accountability.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and CRM tools like HubSpot.
Bonus points for
  • Experience in the Canadian Legal industry
  • Experience selling to professional services firms (legal, financial, etc.).
  • Comfort with CRM administration or sales enablement tools.
  • Being bilingual (French & English)
