Compte tenu de la hausse importante des coûts observée sur la majorité de nos produits, l'équipe Gestion des coûts produits joue un rôle stratégique dans l'identification et la coordination d'initiatives visant à améliorer la compétitivité et la rentabilité de nos produits, tant pour les programmes existants que pour les nouveaux programmes moteurs.

L'équipe développe des solutions permettant de soutenir la prise de décision fondée sur les données et la prévision des coûts, identifie des opportunités d'optimisation, soutient les dossiers d'affaires et assure un suivi rigoureux de l'évolution des coûts tout au long du développement des programmes.

La qualité, la fiabilité et la disponibilité des données de coûts sont au cœur de cette démarche. En consolidant et en structurant l'information provenant de différentes fonctions et en assurant son maintien au fil de l'évolution des programmes, l'équipe permet aux parties prenantes de disposer d'une vision claire et cohérente des coûts afin de soutenir la prise de décision et d'orienter les stratégies d'optimisation.

Joindre cette équipe, c'est contribuer directement à une fonction en pleine croissance, à l'intersection de la donnée, de l'analyse des coûts, de l'ingénierie et des opérations, avec un impact concret sur la compétitivité des moteurs.

Le poste s'effectue à notre établissement de Longueuil du lundi au vendredi, selon des horaires flexibles et exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?
  • Accompagner l'équipe dans le recueil et la gestion de toutes les données nécessaires à la gestion des coûts des produits.
  • Développer et maintenir des outils numériques d'estimation, de suivi et d'optimisation afin de soutenir le processus de gestion des coûts des produits.
  • Développer des nouvelles technologies numériques, et les déployer pour réaliser des analyses avancées, notamment à l'aide de modèles d'intelligence artificielle visant à estimer et à prévoir les coûts des produits.

Job title : Manager, Analytics and digital tools development for product cost management

Given the significant increase in costs observed across the majority of our products, the product Cost management team plays a strategic role in identifying and coordinating initiatives aimed at improving the competitiveness and profitability of our products, both for existing programs and new engine programs.

The team develops solutions that enable data driven business decisions and cost predictions, identifies optimization opportunities, supports business cases, and closely monitoring cost evolution throughout program development.

The quality, reliability, and availability of cost data are at the heart of this effort. By consolidating and structuring information from various functions and ensuring that it is maintained as programs evolve, the team provides stakeholders with a clear and consistent view of costs to support decision-making and guide optimization strategies.

Joining this team means contributing directly to a growing function at the intersection of data, cost analysis, engineering, and operations, with a tangible impact on engine competitiveness.

The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.
