Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required
Board certification in relevant specialty preferred
Minimum of 3 years of clinic or practice experience
Valid state medical license and DEA registration
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and evaluations
Develop and implement treatment plans
Prescribe medications and therapies as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Collaborate with healthcare team members
Participate in patient education and support programs
