Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology or related field required.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in the geotechnical field.
• Previous designation as a senior reviewer at a prior firm mandatory.
• Must hold a Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license in applicable states.
• Valid driver's license required for roles involving travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to support Geotechnical staff within the branch and region.
• Participate in project meetings with clients and ECS staff to deliver technical solutions.
• Mentor Associate Principals for their professional development.
• Review candidates seeking Associate Principal designation in Geotechnical specialties.
• Oversee projects and perform technical report reviews at both office and regional levels.
• Prepare and review project proposals to ensure quality and competitiveness.
• Assist with departmental management and P&L oversight, including business development initiatives.
