The Department of Surgery at Loma Linda University School of Medicine seeks a board-certified or board-eligible general surgeon for a faculty appointment based primarily at Loma Linda University Medical Center-Murrieta (LLUMC-Murrieta). The surgeon will develop an elective general surgery practice and participate in Murrieta Emergency General Surgery (MEGS) call at the Murrieta campus, combining community-based clinical practice with the educational and scholarly resources of an academic department.
The successful candidate will join an established multidisciplinary team of Department of Surgery surgeons practicing at Murrieta in general and gastrointestinal surgery, acute care surgery, surgical oncology, breast surgical oncology, and colon and rectal surgery, with advanced practice provider support.
