Job Description
Job Summary:
As General Superintendent, you'll lead the field execution of some of the nation's most complex marine and heavy civil construction projects. Working in partnership with Project Managers and company leadership, you'll be trusted to lead field operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive project success from planning through completion. This role goes beyond managing daily construction activities. You'll influence project strategy, mentor the next generation of field leaders, build strong client relationships, and set the standard for safety, quality, and operational excellence across every project you lead.
If you're an experienced Superintendent looking for greater autonomy, technically challenging work, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact not only on projects but on the people around you-Ballard offers a career where your leadership truly matters.
