Job Description

The department of Community Practice at MU Capital Region Medical Center is looking for a full time Diagnostic/Interventional Radiologist to join our team of four existing radiologists in Jefferson City, MO. Our ideal candidate will have excellent diagnostic skills with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a quick thinker, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Expected schedule:

• 39 weeks per year (Mon-Sun)
• Expected Call schedule:
  • Q4 to Q5
  • Fuji PACS with PowerScribe 360 for dictation

EMR:
Cerner

Equipment:
MRI, CT, US, Xray, PET

Compensation Structure:

• Competitive Base Salary + wRVU Incentive
• Extra Shift Payment
• Moving Allowance
• Hiring Incentive
• Yearly CME Allowance

Shift

Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: MD/DO, Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiology
Credentials: Diagnostic Radiology, Interventional Radiology
Years of Experience: 2 years APP experience or Hospital Medicine Fellowship
Niche Professional Interests: Hospital Medicine

Anticipated Hiring Range

Commensurate with experience.

The department of Community Practice at MU Capital Region Medical Center is a full-service health care system that encompasses a full-service acute care hospital, the area's most expansive clinic system, a state-of-the-art Cancer Program at the Goldschmidt Cancer Center, a hospital-based fitness facility, home health agency and the only hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation center in the community. The hospital has 100 acute care beds and 14 rehabilitation beds. Referrals come from our 140+ employed providers who staff a system of 36 clinics in an 8-county service area of 225K people.
