Full Job Description
Location: San Francisco, CA
Work Model: Hybrid
Industry: Enterprise AI and data infrastructure (utilities)
Compensation: $200K base, $300K OTE (variable tied to business performance) The Opportunity
This is the General Manager role for the company's utilities business. Utilities are replacing the foundational data models that run their operations, a change that typically takes well over a year. Working with a major industry technology partner, their team has shown it can be done in a fraction of that time, and the adjacent integration work that follows is a very large market.
The General Manager owns this business end to end: the go-to-market strategy, the balance between product and service, and the plan to scale. Many of the strategic questions are still open, so the role suits an entrepreneurial operator who is comfortable defining the answer. The role is expected to report directly to the founders as the business grows. Responsibilities
