- Job Summary :
Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of 'IMG mechanical method'.
Duties and responsibilities include formulating departmental policies and procedures, managing daily operations
And planning the use of departmental materials and human resources.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
• Overall production management of operation of IMG molding machine (Several units). In case of problems occurred,
Carry-out in consultation with the relevant team. In addition, improvement work on the entire production lines.
• Overall production management of injection molding machines (Several units of various Tons). In case of problems occurred,
Carried-out in consultation with the relevant team. (maintenance, development, quality etc.)
• Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability,
And growth as an organization.
• Evaluate performance of departmental managers and operators for compliance with established policies and objectives of the
Company and contributions in attaining objectives.
• Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives
And plans in accordance with current conditions.
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the plant.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and manufacturing standards.

• Must be personal-computer proficient and able to thrive in a fast-pace setting.

• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• Proven track record in operations and production in a manufacturing environment.

- Education/Training/Experience :
• BS Degree or Equivalent Experience Required.
• Previous experience in management role in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
• Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
