Job SummaryLead and elevate the concessions experience at one of the most iconic entertainment venues in the world! As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of concession operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and profitability. You will develop menus, manage vendor relationships, and lead a high-performing team to deliver consistent quality that reflects Levy's commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in concessions or high-volume food & beverage operations
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in cost control and budgeting
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Proficiency in POS systems and concession management software
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily concessions operations, including staffing, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Develop and implement concession menus that balance quality, efficiency, and profitability
- Manage and mentor supervisory staff to ensure operational excellence
- Monitor sales, labor, and cost metrics to meet budget targets
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with event operations to meet the needs of each event
