  • Lead through scorecards, KPIs, forecasting, and structured performance reviews.
  • Partner across Property Management, Leasing, Maintenance, Construction, Curation, Finance, and other Good Carbon functions.
  • Build the systems, processes, and leadership capability needed for the division to perform without dependence on the GM's daily involvement.
  • Ensure properties maintain strong standards for curb appeal, maintenance quality, safety, and overall operations.

  • Foster a culture grounded in Good Carbon's values of being Humble, Hungry, and Smart.
  • Ensure the right people are in the right roles and receive the clarity, coaching, training, and accountability needed to succeed.

Owner and Company Relations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and Good Carbon leadership.
  • Build owner confidence through strong performance, transparency, and proactive communication.
  • Present financial results, operational performance, risks, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead discussions related to capital planning, property performance, management agreements, and portfolio priorities.
  • Ensure management agreements remain current and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Protect the operational and reputational integrity of the Community platform.

Risk, Compliance, and Resident Experience

  • Provide owners and company leadership with accurate forecasts and clear visibility into results.
  • Build a strong leadership team capable of operating with accountability and independence.
  • Establish scalable systems and consistent standards across Community.
  • Strengthen owner confidence, resident experience, and the Community brand.
  • Position the division for sustainable portfolio and market growth.
