Duties and responsibilities
- Must have complete understanding of business practices/Collision industry
- Oversee all staff and maintain standards
- Set and adjust goals (individual and team based)
- Fixed operations/ facility and equipment decisions
- Staff additions/reductions as required
- Coach and discipline team as required
- Take direction and guidance from ownership as required
- Implement changes to increase efficiency/sales
- Resolve internal/external conflict
- Inspire and create culture
- Create and tune processes to achieve best results in all departments
- Guide production and drive urgency
- Training and assistance with OEM certifications
- Maintain and build dialogue with Insurance carriers/Dealers
- Production & Estimates if required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Min. 5 years of Collision Management Experience
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Working knowledge of computers
