Responsibilities- Oversee all dealership operations, including Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, and Administration
- Drive profitability while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Develop and mentor department leaders to maximize performance and engagement
- Establish a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Analyze financial statements, operating reports, and key performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive results
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across all departments
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company policies
- Build strong relationships with customers, employees, and manufacturer partners
- Lead strategic initiatives that support long-term growth and operational excellence
Qualifications- Previous General Manager or senior dealership leadership experience required
- Proven track record of increasing sales, profitability, and operational performance
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience managing multiple dealership departments
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of dealership performance metrics
- Ability to lead through change and drive organizational growth
