General Manager - Marriott Tacoma Downtown
Bring prior general manager experience in a full-service hotel; Marriott brand experience is preferred.
Have proven experience leading rooms, food and beverage, and meeting and event operations.
Have demonstrated success in driving financial performance, guest satisfaction, and associate engagement.
Education and Experience:
Minimum five years of progressive hotel leadership experience, including experience as a General Manager, Director of Operations, or Hotel Manager in a comparable full-service property.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
