DescriptionTucked away in the heart of Sonoma Valley, Kenwood Inn & Spa is an intimate, Mediterranean-inspired luxury hotel featuring 30 guestrooms and suites, beautiful gardens and courtyards, two pools, and an on-site spa. Part of the Four Sisters Inns collection, Kenwood offers a distinctive setting where hospitality is personal, attention to detail matters, and the people behind the experience make all the difference.
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager who combines strong operational leadership and financial acumen with a genuine commitment to developing people. At Kenwood, you'll lead a close-knit, dedicated team that takes pride in the property, supports one another, and shares a commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences.

- Coordinate maintenance staff and qualified vendors to ensure the care and upkeep of the property's buildings, landscaped grounds, septic systems, and two pools, including water chemistry, equipment function, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
- Maintain high standards for hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and food service, resolving guest and employee concerns with professionalism, care, and consistent follow-through.
- Work closely with regional and home office leadership, contributing ideas, sharing best practices, and collaborating on initiatives that strengthen the hotel and the company.
