Our client is seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented General Manager to lead and scale a high-performing branch operation in the Door, Frame & Hardware (Division 8/10/28) industry. What You'll Own

As General Manager, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the branch, responsible for performance, culture, and market growth.
Strategic & Financial Leadership
  • Full ownership of Revenue and EBITDA performance
  • Drive sales forecasting, profitability, and margin improvement
  • Analyze financial performance and implement growth strategies
  • Maintain contract integrity and minimize risk exposure
Operational Excellence
  • Lead DFH distribution and service operations
  • Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Project Management, and Production
  • Oversee change order management and operational efficiency
  • Foster continuous improvement and best-practice implementation
Team Leadership & Culture Building
  • Build and lead high-performing teams
  • Mentor Project Managers and department leaders
  • Develop succession plans and invest in staff development

Market & Client Leadership
