The General Manager will oversee field service, delivery and logistics, warehouse operations, dispatch, equipment, fleet, quality, compliance, and customer service support.

You will have a direct impact on both patient experience and business performance. We are looking for a leader who can roll up their sleeves, solve problems, develop people, improve processes, and hold a team accountable while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

If you are an operations leader who enjoys having a meaningful level of responsibility and wants the opportunity to make a measurable difference, we'd like to hear from you.

  • Ensure customer and patient needs are addressed quickly and professionally.
  • Step in during high-volume periods, staffing challenges, service disruptions, and escalated situations.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
  • Partner with other departments and leadership to ensure a seamless customer and patient experience.
Lead, Coach & Develop Your Team
  • Directly supervise and develop field service, warehouse, dispatch, and other operational employees.
  • Set clear expectations around performance, attendance, safety, professionalism, and customer service.
  • Coach employees regularly and provide meaningful feedback to help them succeed.
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Conduct performance reviews and address performance issues fairly and consistently.
  • Build a culture based on accountability, teamwork, respect, and exceptional service.
  • Recognize strong performance and help develop employees for future growth.
Drive Quality & Compliance
  • Maintain operational compliance with company policies, procedures, accreditation requirements, and applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Ensure the branch is prepared for inspections, audits, accreditation reviews, and internal compliance assessments.
  • Monitor documentation, data entry, equipment handling, cleaning, infection control, and safety practices.
  • Conduct quality and operational audits and follow up on identified issues.
  • Develop and implement corrective action and performance improvement plans.
  • Promote a culture where quality and compliance are part of everyone's daily responsibilities.

  • Help troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs when necessary.

Manage Fleet & Safety
  • Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, condition, and safety of branch vehicles.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, repairs, and related follow-up.
  • Reinforce safe driving and vehicle-use practices.
  • Assist with the investigation and resolution of accidents, property damage, and operational incidents.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture throughout the operation.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for complex operational and service-related concerns.
  • Work closely with patients, families, healthcare facilities, hospice organizations, skilled nursing facilities, healthcare providers, vendors, and internal teams.
