General Manager - Exterior Cleaning Services DivisionAs General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the Exterior Cleaning Services Division, including:
- Lead management and sales opportunities
- Estimating and proposal development
- Scheduling and production coordination
- Hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching team members
- Customer communication and relationship management
- Quality control and project oversight
- Equipment, vehicle, and inventory management
- Budgeting, KPI tracking, and profitability management
- Continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Business development and growth initiatives
You will work closely with the company's leadership team while maintaining accountability for the division's overall performance and growth.
