General Manager

Pay: $32.00-$35.00/hr (Estimated Annual Earnings: $79,040 - $86,450 based on a 45-hour workweek) + Monthly Bonus Opportunity

This is a non-exempt position withpay based on a regularly scheduled 45-hour workweek, including overtime eligibility and monthly bonus opportunity. Actual earnings may vary based on hourly rate, overtime worked, and bonus achievement. Compensation is determined based on factors including relevant experience, demonstrated leadership success, and overall alignment with the requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

What You9ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Assistant General Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Baristas.
• Build a high-performance culture centered around accountability, teamwork, hospitality, and continuous improvement.
• Own caf performance across sales, profitability, labor, cost of goods, waste, guest satisfaction, and operational metrics.
• Analyze KPIs and business trends to identify opportunities, address performance gaps, and drive measurable results.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top talent while building a strong internal leadership pipeline.
• Deliver timely coaching, performance feedback, and development plans that help team members grow their careers.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through operational excellence and consistent execution of Better Buzz standards.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety standards, labor laws, and workplace safety requirements.
• Lead the successful implementation of new products, promotions, operational initiatives, and company programs.
• Create a clean, organized, and highly engaged caf environment where both people and business can succeed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant, coffee, hospitality, retail, or food service environment
• Proven success leading teams and delivering P&L results
• Strong business acumen and experience leveraging KPIs to drive performance
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Coffee, drive-thru, restaurant, hospitality, or QSR experience preferred
