As
General Manager, you'll lead the team behind the
AMEX Centurion Lounge experience at Las Vegas Airport, where exceptional service, premium food and beverage, and memorable guest experiences are the standard.
What You'll Do:- Lead and inspire FOH and BOH teams to deliver exceptional hospitality every day
- Create a culture centered on service, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Coach, mentor, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Oversee food and beverage operations while maintaining exceptional quality and cost controls
- Partner closely with culinary leadership to maintain recipe, presentation, quality, and food safety standards
- Build impactful relationships with clients, guests, team members, and key partners
- Manage P&L performance, budgets, forecasts, sales reporting, and cash-handling procedures
- Monitor purchasing, inventory, production, and food and beverage costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HACCP standards, and applicable health and safety regulations
- Identify opportunities to elevate service, improve operational performance, and enhance the overall guest experience
- Lead special projects and additional operational initiatives as needed
What We're Looking For:- 5+ years of leadership experience in upscale hotels, restaurants, resorts, lounges, or premium hospitality environments
- Forbes Five-Star service experience preferred
- Proven ability to hire, develop, coach, and retain high-performing teams
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgets, P&L management, forecasting, and cost controls
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environment
- Experience with scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
- Knowledge of food purchasing, production, inventory control, and food and beverage cost management
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, sanitation, storage, and health regulations
- Exceptional professionalism, business etiquette, and client-relations skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Manager ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred; applicable responsible beverage service certification is a plus
