General Liability Attorney position based in our

Livonia office is currently seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team of litigators.
Key Responsibilities:- Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end, including complex and high exposure cases, from inception to resolution.
- Collaborate closely with other attorneys and Partners on complex legal matters.
- Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
- Communicate proactively with clients, keeping them informed with regular status updates.
- Contribute to legal strategy and case development with a focus on client goals and outcomes.
Qualifications- JD from an accredited Law School
- Admitted to practice in the state of Michigan
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in general liability, including premises liability, trucking and transportation.
- Superior communication skills (both written and oral) to effectively advocate for clients and present arguments.
- Experience with legal project management is a plus.

This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses. Final salary wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. This position is considered full-time and therefore qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Salary Range:
$170,000-$190,000 USD
