Location: 2-3 days onsite per week, local to Seattle area requiredWe9re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle HCM implementation as part of a broader back-office transformation initiative focused on modernizing HR processes, improving data quality, reducing manual work, and enabling future growth. The ideal candidate brings a combination of strong project management expertise, HR domain knowledge, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders. This role will partner closely with HR, IT, business leaders, implementation partners, and vendors to deliver a successful transformation.
What You9ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of an Oracle HCM implementation, from planning through deployment and stabilization.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, RAID logs, dependencies, milestones, and governance processes.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive alignment on priorities, requirements, and key decisions.
- Facilitate executive-level discussions, steering committees, status reviews, and decision-making forums.
- Coordinate activities across implementation partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and dependencies while proactively driving resolution.
- Support the design and implementation of standardized HR processes and workflows.
- Drive organizational readiness, communication, and adoption activities in partnership with change management resources.
- Monitor project progress, communicate status, and provide visibility into key deliverables, risks, and outcomes.
- Help establish a modern, scalable HR technology foundation that improves employee experience, reporting, and operational efficiency.
What You9ll Bring
- 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading complex enterprise technology implementations.
- Previous experience supporting Oracle HCM, Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar HCM/HRIS platforms preferred.
- Experience delivering HR, HCM, payroll, workforce management, talent management, or broader HR transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes, including Core HR, talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, compensation, payroll, time and labor, or employee experience programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage executive stakeholders and communicate effectively with leadership teams.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Strong project governance, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with system integrators, external vendors, and business partners.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive decisions, and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are a plus.
Nice to Have- Oracle HCM implementation experience.
- Experience with large-scale HR transformation or ERP/HCM modernization programs.
- Aviation, transportation, or other highly regulated industry experience.
- Exposure to AI-enabled HR processes, workforce analytics, or HR operating model transformation.
