What You'll DoAs a member of the Data & AI Go-to-Market Team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Slalom's data and AI revenue in our Portland Oregon market.
In this uniquely positioned role, you'll lead the charge implementing our National and PNW strategy in Portland - driving innovation, execution, and business transformation. At Slalom, you'll lead with purpose - pairing human ingenuity with the power of data to transform how organizations operate, compete, and grow. You'll collaborate with leading technology partners and Slalom client teams to identify high-impact opportunities, drive sales and revenue growth, and elevate our go-to-market presence.

- Strategic Solutioning: Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and statements of work (SOW) to drive business growth. Identify opportunities for Slalom in data and AI, both in existing and new environments.
- Subject Matter Expertise: As a senior leader, engage with clients, influence executives, and drive customer-focused solutions. Leverage your deep understanding of data and intelligence to deliver value.
- Data and AI Thought Leader: Serve as a data and AI thought leader by speaking at external events and partnering with marketing to create and lead thought leadership events.
- Expected Revenue Impact: $2.5M+ personal contributions, and a $5M+ portfolio of business in the market
- Utilization: 45%-65% (*varies based on Senior Principal/Director)
What You'll Bring- 7+ years in consulting leadership, with at least 2+ years specializing in Data, Analytics, or AI.
- Consulting Sales: 7-10 years of leading technical pursuits, with proven experience in technical solutioning, commercial strategy, and account growth.
- Business Development: Track record of growing existing client relationships and expanding new accounts.
- Activator Mindset: Demonstrate high ownership, curiosity, and persistence to proactively identify, pursue, and develop opportunities, using Data & AI as a catalyst to expand relationships and drive growth.
- Drive Outcomes: Shape solutions with clients that focus on business outcomes and impact.
- Exceptional Communication: Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to influence senior executives.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Senior Principal level the base salary pay range is $160,000 - $215,000 and at the Director level the base salary pay range is $200,000 - $260,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
