Who You'll Work With

Slalom's Pacific Southwest Market is seeking multiple Client Partners at the Senior Principal level to support continued growth across Southern California. We are looking for experienced consulting leaders who have successfully balanced client delivery, account leadership, and business development responsibilities within a consulting or professional services environment.

This position may be based in Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego. Successful candidates will align to an industry sector based on their experience, expertise, and relationships. We are particularly interested in leaders with backgrounds in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Public & Social Impact, Technology, and Financial Services.

As a Client Partner, Senior Principal, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, drive strategic account growth, oversee delivery excellence, and help clients solve complex business and technology challenges.

What You'll Do
  • Carry annual revenue responsibility of approximately $2M-$4M+ through account growth, client expansion, and new business development
  • Build and deepen executive-level relationships while serving as a trusted advisor to client leaders
  • Develop and execute account strategies that drive measurable business outcomes and long-term client value
  • Identify, shape, and close consulting opportunities across Slalom's capabilities
  • Lead account planning, pursuits, proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal execution
  • Provide executive oversight for client engagements to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction
  • Maintain an individual utilization target of approximately 60%
  • Partner with capability leaders, delivery teams, and alliance partners to bring innovative solutions to clients
  • Represent Slalom through industry events, networking, and thought leadership activities
  • Support recruiting, mentoring, and development of team members


What You'll Bring
  • Significant experience leading client relationships, business development, and delivery teams within a management consulting, technology consulting, or professional services organization
  • Proven success growing consulting accounts through executive relationship development, new business acquisition, and delivery excellence
  • Experience managing consulting portfolio performance, including revenue, profitability, utilization, and client satisfaction
  • Ability to balance business development, client engagement, delivery oversight, financial management, and people leadership responsibilities
  • Expertise and relationships within Healthcare & Life Sciences, Public & Social Impact, Technology, and/or Financial Services
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse teams, practices, and service offerings
  • Ability and willingness to travel locally throughout Southern California as needed


Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $157,000 to $235,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
