**This role is not eligible for 100% remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Denver Metropolitan Area and must be willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom Denver office up to 5 days a week.**

What You'll Do
  • Support product management workstreams across digital initiatives, helping clients define and deliver impactful products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, business) to shape product requirements, roadmaps, and MVP definitions.
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to inform product decisions.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination.
  • Use AI-powered tools (e.g., generative AI for documentation and ideation, automation for backlog management, predictive analytics for prioritization) to accelerate product delivery and improve quality.
  • Translate business goals and user needs into actionable product plans and features.
  • Contribute to Slalom's product capability by sharing learnings, supporting internal initiatives, and growing your craft.

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, ideally in consulting or enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with product frameworks (e.g., Agile, Lean Startup, MVP, OKRs).
  • Demonstrated advanced AI usage and prove experience with AI-enabled tools that support product delivery and team productivity.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across disciplines.
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn from senior team members and clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, design, technology, or related field.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Consultant is $80,000 to $120,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
