What You'll DoYou will be responsible for partnering with Program Leads to execute implementation activities across multiple stakeholder groups. This role is expected to have experience aligning leaders and other key stakeholders and helping enable complex change. You should be experienced in delivering training and communication projects across the public sector. You will serve as a liaison between our Slalom team(s) and our judicial client(s) to help enable successful system implementation.
Responsibilities:The Change and Training Lead is responsible for helping clients onboard onto a new case management system. In this role, you will partner with internal Slalom teams as well as client teams to deliver for change and training activities.
- Change Management and Enablement: Work with clients to identify key stakeholders, determine current ways of working, and assess readiness to move to a new system. The Change and Training Lead will tailor and maintain a change management plan based on the client's unique needs. You will meet regularly with client leaders to assess engagement and identify any resistance as well as serve as a coach and guide clients throughout the project.
- Communication Planning: Using detailed communications templates, tailor written and visual communication (e.g., presentations, emails) for specific audiences. The Change and Training Lead will also confirm communication channels and help build stakeholder rosters to use throughout the project.
- Training Development & Facilitation: Update learning paths and training material based on the specific needs of each client. Learning Materials will be built in PowerPoint or similar tools and delivered either through in person workshops or webinars. You will also help manage logistics, track registration, and verify attendance.
- Internal Teaming: You will work with program leaders, the technical lead, and the data lead to deliver a cohesive and consistent solution. You will serve as a thought partner for program enhancements and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring:- 5+ years' experience implementing and leading structured organizational change management, inclusive of communications, engagement, and learning.
- 3+ years' experience working on complex, modern technology and data projects
- Expert verbal and written communication skills, particularly for user guides, presentations, and executive-level communications.
- Ability to meet deadlines- often with tight timeframes.
- Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
- Experienced and adept at aligning teams to work toward a common goal; consistently demonstrates strong people management skills
- Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working within the judicial system
- Experience with case management systems
- Experience with learning evaluations
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Post-graduate degree (MBA, MPP, MPA, MPH, JD, etc.) preferred
- 5+ years' public sector (federal, state and local government, education, or nonprofit) expertise

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is 70-75/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
