  General Dentist – Plover & Stevens Point, WI Midwest Dental Practices Supported by Smile Brands

Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to provide care across our established practices in Plover and Stevens Point, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education.
  • Deliver high-quality preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental services.
  • Build strong patient relationships and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative teams across both locations to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Maintain consistent clinical standards and patient care between practices.
  • Utilize modern technology and evidence-based dentistry to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
  • Adhere to all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Active Wisconsin dental license or eligibility for Wisconsin licensure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-location environment.

The schedule can be customized to meet patient demand while supporting work-life balance.

Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited school 
  • Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining) 
  • Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
  • Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
CompensationEarn over $250,000 per year About
