This is a unique opportunity for a provider who enjoys performing root canal therapy and wants to dedicate their clinical time strictly to endodontic procedures in a high-volume, supportive environment.
About the OpportunityOur Practice is busy and growing, and we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting while delivering exceptional patient care.
This role will support both of our locations (West Babylon & Patchogue), with an expectation of one day per week in each location.

Software Skills- Experience with Dentrix Ascend or similar dental software is a plus
- Must be open to learning new systems and workflows
Qualifications- DDS/DMD from an accredited program
- Certificate in Endodontics
- Active NYS dental license
- Comfortable performing a full range of endodontic procedures
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills

Each pay cycle we review with you your hourly production averages and when economically beneficial, we move you to a % of collections. The more you produce, the more you potentially earn. This will be discussed further during your interview process. (note, our Practice collection average is over 103%).

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
