The Dentist We're Looking For- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Kansas dental license, or ability to obtain one
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care
- Confident in bread-and-butter general dentistry
- Clear and compassionate patient communication
- Calm, reassuring chairside presence
- Comfortable caring for patients with dental anxiety
- Team-first mindset
- Strong work ethic and desire to grow
- Interest in comprehensive care and long-term patient relationships
Experience with extractions, endodontics, dentures, implants, sedation, cosmetic dentistry, or advanced restorative care is a plus, but not required. Fit, communication, clinical judgment, and patient care matter most.
