Description:
As a Product Manager on Apex Legends, you will help build, operate, and evolve the monetization experiences that bring our seasonal roadmap to life.
You will work across MTX features, live programming, and IP collaborations, partnering with Design, Engineering, Production, Art, and Analytics to deliver compelling player experiences and continuously improve how players discover, engage with, and purchase content.
This role combines product development with hands-on live service execution. You will help build and iterate on monetization features while supporting the planning and delivery of seasonal programs including the Store, Battle Pass, Events, Challenges, and IP collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Build and iterate on MTX features that improve how players discover, unlock, purchase, and engage with content across Apex
- Own product requirements and partner with Design, Engineering, Production, and Analytics to take monetization features from concept through launch and iteration
- Support execution of the seasonal commercial roadmap, including Store programming, Battle Pass, Events, Challenges, offers, and other live monetization beats
- Use player insights, experimentation, and performance data to identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, usability, and player value
- Monitor live performance and player behavior, translating learnings into product improvements and future roadmap priorities
- Support the planning and execution of IP collaborations, coordinating across internal teams and external partners to translate partnerships into cohesive in-game experiences
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure MTX programs and features are scoped, configured, tested, and delivered successfully
- Identify opportunities to improve the tools, systems, and processes that enable the team to operate Apex as a scalable live service
- Define success metrics, evaluate performance, and continuously iterate on features and programming based on results
Qualifications:
- 3+ years product management in AAA or live service games preferred
- Experience building or operating monetization features, live service systems, stores, passes, events, progression, or other player facing systems
- Strong understanding of F2P monetization, player motivations, and the relationship between player value and business outcomes
- Experience taking product features from problem definition and requirements through development, launch, measurement, and iteration
- Experience supporting live programming or seasonal content roadmaps in a continuously operating game
- Strong analytical thinking with experience using data and experimentation to evaluate product performance and inform decisions
- Experience partnering across Design, Engineering, Production, Art, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent features and live initiatives
- Experience with IP collaborations, external partnerships, or licensed content is a plus
- Excited to explore and integrate modern tech advancements
Pay Transparency - North AmericaCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$85,800 - $130,800 USD
