Join our Fund Finance team as a Fund Finance Lawyer and work at the center of complex, high-value financing transactions. In this role, you will partner closely with the business to structure, negotiate, and execute bespoke fund finance solutions, gaining exposure to sophisticated cross-border transactions while providing practical, commercially focused legal advice.

As a Fund Finance Lawyer, you will advise stakeholders on the structuring and execution of complex fund financing transactions, helping drive successful outcomes across a broad range of strategic deals. You will draft and negotiate transaction documentation, provide clear and pragmatic legal guidance, and work closely with business, credit, risk, and compliance teams throughout the transaction lifecycle. The role also involves leading and coordinating external counsel across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring efficient execution of transactions. This position offers significant exposure to structured finance matters and the opportunity to influence commercially important decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- JD degree and admission to the New York Bar, with approximately 4-5 years of relevant experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house legal team within financial services.
- Strong experience advising on complex, multi-jurisdictional secured financing transactions, including the ability to draft and critically review complex transaction documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with sound commercial judgment and the ability to provide practical legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with fund finance transactions, including subscription, NAV, and hybrid facilities, as well as exposure to private equity and hedge funds through fund formation or financing transactions is helpful.
- Familiarity with derivatives, structured products, and bankruptcy or insolvency consideration is helpful.
Salary range for this position: $260,000 - $300,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
