Fund Controller

Position Overview

We are seeking a Fund Controller. The Fund Controller will serve as the internal accounting and financial reporting owner for Arixa Capital's investment funds and will oversee the work performed by the Company's third-party fund administrator. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of fund NAVs, financial statements, investor allocations, management and incentive fee calculations, capital activity, valuations, and other fund-level financial reporting. The Fund Controller will provide rigorous review and challenge of administrator-prepared work rather than performing routine fund accounting activities directly.

The position will also play a key role in maintaining a scalable control environment appropriate for an SEC-registered investment adviser, supporting annual fund audits, technical accounting, valuation governance, and the continued growth and evolution of Arixa's investment products. The ideal candidate combines strong private fund accounting expertise with the ability to oversee external service providers, understand complex fund structures and investment economics, and communicate effectively with Finance, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Investor Relations, Tax, auditors, and senior management.
