A residential substance use and behavioral health treatment program is seeking a Therapist to support clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. The therapist provides individual and group counseling, leads trauma-informed educational groups, and works with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and support continuity of care.
Responsibilities include:- Providing individual and group counseling in a residential setting
- Screening and assessing clients to guide treatment planning
- Leading psychoeducational groups for clients, families, and significant others
- Treating co-occurring conditions using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches
- Maintaining timely clinical records in accordance with licensing and regulatory standards
- Collaborating with medical, clinical, and case management staff
- Supporting appropriate placement and transitions across levels of care
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or an addiction-related field
- Appropriate licensure or supervised practice status in good standing
- At least one year of experience working with clients with both mental health and substance use concerns
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and ability to manage a caseload independently
- Knowledge of ASAM levels of care and residential treatment experience preferred
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually with standard benefits.
Schedule: Full-time, on-site. Some scheduling flexibility may be needed to meet client and program needs.
Setting: On-site residential treatment.
