We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our Lansdale Office. This role offers an excellent work-life balance, professional autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a patient-focused environment.

Position Details
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Setting: Outpatient clinical environment
  • Patient Population: Workers' Compensation (WC) and Personal Injury (PI) patients
  • Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries.
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards.
  • Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
  • Schedule patients appointments in office
  • Guide PTAs regarding patient treatment plans and rehabilitation

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
