RSU 3 is seeking a dedicated, collaborative, and student-centered Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our multidisciplinary special education team. This full-time, school-year position provides services to students across multiple elementary, middle, and high school settings. It offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student independence, participation, and success in the educational environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with educators, families, administrators, and related service providers to develop and implement individualized occupational therapy services that support students' educational goals. This position may also include supervising a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and provides opportunities to work during the Extended School Year (ESY) program.
Current Maine Occupational Therapist Licensure and CHRC required.
Occupational Therapist Salary for 2026-27 will be $80,015
