Is This You?You're skilled. You love your craft. You're ready for a place that matches your ambition.
You believe the best careers are built together, not alone. You want to grow, earn well, and be part of a team that has your back.
You're done with salons that don't invest in you, don't hold a standard, and don't make you proud to show up.
If that's you, keep reading.
The Real SituationHi, I'm Anna. I run Lola Hair Studio, a $1.4M award-winning salon with an amazing team and a culture I protect fiercely.
You don't get to six figures alone. Our top stylists get there by showing up for each other. When the salon wins, we all win.
We invest in our team differently: technical training, but also professional development and mindset work. Who you are matters as much as what you do behind the chair.
The OpportunityFull-time chair, 34+ hours a week. Color, cuts, blowouts, balayage, highlights, extensions: whatever you love doing, you'll do it here.
Passionate about razor cutting or extensions? Huge plus.
Want more beyond the chair? We also offer editorial and photoshoot opportunities, in-salon education and teaching, and mentoring junior stylists. These are there if you want them, not required.
The ScheduleA 4-day work week with optional Sundays. Full-time income, built-in balance.
What We're Looking For- Valid Massachusetts cosmetology license
- 2+ years of salon experience
- Strong color and cutting skills; balayage and highlights are your happy place
- Extensions experience preferred (not required); alternative hair solutions a plus
- A love of fashion and style. You look and dress the part. Esthetics matter to us.
- Someone who loves being part of a team and knows that "better together" is how six figures happens here
Who thrives at Lola: someone who takes pride in their work and their teammates, shows up, communicates, and wants to grow technically, professionally, and personally.
One Last ThingThe stylists here are talented, generous, growth-minded people who care about their craft and each other. The bar is high, and that's exactly why people love it here.
If this sounds like home, come find out.
Anna
P.S. Know someone perfect for this chair? Send them our way. The best people come through referrals.
