Job Description:
The Advisor provides strategic leadership for fundraising and revenue-generation initiatives that advance the College's priorities. Accountable for sponsorship development, donor engagement, partnership cultivation, and philanthropic revenue growth, the Advisor leads the strategy, fundraising, sponsorship acquisition, and execution of signature fundraising events. This includes establishing fundraising and revenue objectives, developing sponsorship strategies, managing budgets and resources, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring measurable financial and engagement outcomes.
Working with a high degree of independence, the Advisor develops and implements fundraising and event strategies designed to maximize sponsorship revenue, philanthropic support, and stakeholder participation. The Advisor cultivates and maintains relationships with sponsors, high-net-worth donors, volunteers, community partners, and internal stakeholders to secure financial support and strengthen engagement with the College. The Advisor also leads the engagement and management of volunteer fundraising leaders. The position monitors and evaluates fundraising, sponsorship, financial, and stakeholder data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing strategic recommendations that inform decision-making and optimize results.
