What you'll do day-to-day
Design and implement web applications and interfaces that make GAI tools accessible and effective for users across the firm.
Develop and maintain APIs and backend services that power GAI applications and integrate with internal systems.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into high-quality, user-centric solutions.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and architecture through deployment and ongoing improvement.
Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and team initiatives to enhance engineering practices and product quality.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $225,000 to $325,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
