The RoleWe're looking for a Full-Stack Software Generalist who enjoys working across the entire product surface: backend systems, frontend experiences, infrastructure, and AI-powered features. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and likes shipping end-to-end features rather than owning just one narrow area. You'll work closely with product, design, and research to build reliable, scalable, and user-focused software. Your work will run on robots in complex, adversarial environments. We're a startup. Responsibilities- Build and ship full-stack features from concept to production
- Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs
- Develop intuitive, high-performance frontend applications
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into real user workflows
- Improve system architecture, reliability, and developer experience
- Work directly with users and stakeholders to refine product direction
- Contribute to infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and monitoring
- Help shape engineering culture, processes, and technical standards
Qualifications- 2-5 years of full-stack engineering experience (startup or high-ownership environment preferred)
- Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)
- Experience building backend systems (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar)
- Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience shipping production software end-to-end
- Comfortable working across unfamiliar parts of the stack
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
