About Position:
The Al Developer will design, build, and optimize document ingestion, extraction, validation, and comparison capabilities to modernize Middle Office authorization workflows. This role focuses on hands-on delivery of Al models, confidence scoring, exception handling, and system integrations.

What You'll Do:
Java Backend: Hands on experience on Spring Web flux, Reactive Java, Restful APIs, Kafka, Redis.
Should be good in design For AI: (Agentic AI) Conversational AI
Hands on working knowledge of building Agents (preferably using ADK), Lang chain, RAG, NEO4J (added advantage - Good to have)
Very strong in Python, Evals, Observability, Familiarity with developing MCP servers, A2A, py-Test
Expertise You'll Bring:
3 to 7 years of software development experience
Strong hands-on experience in Python
