loves building, moves fast, and wants to play a defining role in creating a generational company.

In this role, you will:- Dive deep into customers' toughest problems and translate them into product.
- Build rapid prototypes, put them in front of real users, and iterate quickly.
- Ship features end-to-end: idea 12 design 12 implementation 12 deployment 12 maintenance.
- Take full ownership of meaningful parts of the product and infrastructure from very early on.
Technologies:You don't need to know all of these - just be excited to learn quickly.
Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI
Backend: Python, Go, Node.js (or similar)
Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, Svelte, modern UI frameworks
Architecture: REST APIs, scalable microservices
Tooling: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Terraform, standard CI/CD tooling
Why you should join?Real-world impact - The systems you build help keep critical global infrastructure running. If we fail, very important things break.
Extreme growth - You'll join during a hyper-growth phase, seeing the inside of a company scaling from 2small and scrappy2 to 2industry standard2.
Tiny, elite team - Work closely with highly talented teammates, without layers of management.
Quarterly retreats - Team trips to beautiful locations across the U.S. (think Yosemite, Grand Canyon, Sequoia, Lake Tahoe).
Unlimited books - If you want to read it, we'll get it for you.
Almost no meetings - One weekly technical stand-up; the rest is building.
Mandatory fun - Yes, really. Time is blocked off to relax and reset together.
We don't give up on people - Our hiring bar is high, but once you're in, we invest deeply in your growth.
Access to world-class mentors - Direct exposure to top investors and technical leaders.
