Job Summary
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join an Agile software engineering team responsible for building and supporting complex, scalable applications across an enterprise Chat Platform. The role involves supporting the entire chat platform ecosystem, including real-time communication layers and client-side SDK integrations. The engineer will design and develop solutions using GCP, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Dialogflow CX/GECX/AI, WebSockets, and Web, iOS, and Android SDKs. Responsibilities include managing system integrations, troubleshooting technical issues independently, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle from solution design through deployment while following established engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and test robust applications for the Chat Platform.
• Write clean, scalable code using TypeScript, Node.js, and Python while adhering to established coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure application quality and maintainability.
• Design, build, and maintain real-time chat features using WebSockets.
• Develop, integrate, and support SDKs for Web, iOS, and Android to enable seamless omnichannel messaging experiences.
• Support the Chat Platform and build and maintain system integrations across enterprise channels and backend services.
• Utilize Dialogflow CX/GECX/AI technologies to develop intelligent conversational flows and integrate advanced AI capabilities into the platform architecture.
• Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across backend Node.js services, WebSockets, and client SDKs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, task estimation, and execution using Jira, Digital.ai Agility, or RTC.
• Communicate project issues and blockers to the Scrum Master in a timely manner.
• Apply software development best practices, including source control management, unit testing, build processes, and operations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members as needed.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience, including algorithm design and analysis, data structures, and design patterns.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience implementing and maintaining Dialogflow CX/GECX/AI solutions.
• Experience integrating, supporting, or consuming SDKs for Web, iOS, and Android.
• Experience with system integrations and web service technologies, including REST, HTTPS, and JSON.
• Experience with WebSockets and NoSQL/SQL databases.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting production-grade, consumer-facing applications.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
