About this RoleYou'll be joining a small, focused team supporting intelligence analysis workflows. Working directly with customer leadership, analysts, and fellow developers, you'll learn their tradecraft and build agentic tools that make a real difference in how they gather and curate information. Your work will be visible and impactful - you'll see the results of your efforts firsthand as you collaborate with the customer to understand their needs and deliver solutions that matter.
Your day-to-day will include expanding existing workflow automation efforts, developing and maintaining web applications that provide analytic and workflow support, and maintaining close communication with the customer to gather feedback and ensure project success. You'll be part of a larger team of teams working toward similar solutions across multiple customers, so you'll have the opportunity to learn from peers while contributing your own expertise.
Requirements- 3+ years of relevant experience with a B.S. in a technical discipline, or 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree
- Prior experience with full stack development with an emphasis on AI workflows
- Experience soliciting and applying customer feedback
- Proficiency programming in JavaScript and Python
- Experience working with corporate services in the high side environment
- Active TS//SCI clearance with polygraph
Preferred Skills- Experience with AI-assisted development
- Development experience in a Linux environment
- Prior experience in TAO
- Experience with relational databases

Salary Range$197,500 - $232,500
This range includes our flex income and depends upon your annual work hours.
Salary is determined on an individual basis following the interview process and considering various factors such as years of experience, skills, education, and certifications.
