The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in SAFe Agile, C#, Angular, Spring Boot, Java, and SQL to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining complex software systems, with a focus on quality, performance, and scalability.
What you will do:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and improvements for engineering applications.
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using C#, Angular, Spring Boot, Java, and SQL.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Adhere to SAFe Agile principles and practices, actively participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that meets best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions and conduct demonstrations of the work product's successful implementation.
- Continuously improve existing systems and processes to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
Qualifications You Must Have:- Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Experience in full stack development using C#, Angular, Spring Boot, Java, and/ or SQL.
- Experience with SAFe Agile principles and practices, with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and managing work in Jira.
Qualifications We Prefer:- Experience in the aerospace or defense industry.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and best practices.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
