Job Summary
The Full Stack Developer will support an internal platform used for managing data, device actions, reporting, and operational workflows. The role is focused on React and TypeScript/JavaScript for front-end development while requiring strong Python and REST API capabilities across the full technology stack. The developer will own features end-to-end across the user interface, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD, while leveraging AI-assisted development tools responsibly to accelerate delivery. This is a hybrid position based in Centennial, Colorado.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain responsive and accessible front-end applications supporting data, device actions, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Own user-facing features end-to-end, including UI, application state, REST API endpoints, and data access layers.
• Use AI-assisted development tools for scaffolding, implementation, refactoring, test generation, and documentation.
• Take proofs of concept through completion, from initial hypothesis and prototype to hardened, supportable production features.
• Establish and evolve front-end design systems and shared component libraries.
• Build and consume REST APIs and define clear front-end and back-end contracts.
• Instrument applications for performance monitoring, error tracking, and usage analytics.
• Write and maintain automated unit, component, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Package and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes through CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical mentorship on front-end development practices and responsible use of AI development tooling.
Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Amazon Q, with the ability to develop independently without AI assistance.
• Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Experience establishing or scaling a design system or shared component library.
