What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- High-volume recruiting experience
- Corporate recruiting and talent acquisition experience
- Experience supporting large or multi-location organizations
What You'll Be Doing- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, and shortlisting activities
- Build strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
- Coach hiring leaders on recruiting best practices and market trends
- Partner with sourcing teams and HR stakeholders to deliver top talent
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates and hiring teams
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and recruiting projects
- Support high-volume hiring efforts while maintaining quality and efficiency
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Deerfield, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
