Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with patients to explain treatment plans, answer questions, and ensure theyunderstand the financial aspects of their care
- Coordinating and scheduling patient appointments, ensuring treatment timelines are met
- Preparing treatment plans for approval, including insurance verification and claimssubmission
- Ensuring that patients have a clear understanding of the treatments they require, and thecosts involved
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with patients through exceptional service
- Supporting the dental team with treatment and administrative tasks as needed
- Working closely with dentists and the administrative team to provide a seamless patientexperience
Requirements:- Previous dental experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
