Work you'll do

As a Project Consultant, Strategy, Growth, & Transformation on the Government & Public Services Strategy team, you will be responsible for -

• Support program management activities for front office priorities, strategic initiatives, and leadership-driven efforts
• Develop analyses, recommendations, and materials that help senior leaders make decisions on high-visibility strategies and initiatives
• Identify process improvement opportunities across programs and recommend practical actions to improve execution and outcomes
• Coordinate with program managers and stakeholders to align activities, track progress, and support delivery of strategic objectives
• Maintain client relationships with senior-level leaders while supporting transformation efforts tied to AI, modernization, and business strategy

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Ability to work onsite in Monterey, California, 3 days per week
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting federal government clients
• Experience supporting program management, front office operations, or strategic initiatives
• Experience developing strategy recommendations for senior leaders
• Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and translating findings into action plans
• Experience supporting AI-enabled transformation, digital modernization, or emerging technology initiatives

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,700 to $179,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
