Position Overview:
The Manager, Freight & Logistics owns how product moves across the Dutch Bros network: inbound freight from suppliers and the roasting facility into our distribution centers, and outbound delivery from those centers to more than 1,200 shops. Success looks like shops that never run out, freight cost per case that improves year over year, and capacity secured ahead of growth rather than in reaction to it.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience, required
- Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain management, planning, purchasing, or logistics
- Proven experience in 3rd party vendor management
